Blu-Ray Copy of Boy And The Heron Includes Letter From Miyazaki Letting You Know How Much He Hates You

Many fans of Hayao Miyazaki were surprised when the newly released Blu-Ray copy of The Boy and The Heron contained something more than they bargained for.
“Your happiness is the bane of my existence” and “I regret being alive at the same time you crawled around the surface of this planet” are just a couple of the remarks left in a note from the acclaimed director to his loyal fans.
“Any joy you feel watching my films will only be shadowed by the joy I will feel when you finally stop breathing the same air as me you incoherent troglodyte” also read the note that was included in every copy of the Blu-Ray.
“Yeah, it was a weird seeing that note in the case” said Jesse Muller, a devoted Ghibli fan. “It was always kinda known that Miyazaki was intense and there was also that ‘anime was a mistake’ meme but it kinda feels like he stepped it up and maybe thinks humanity was the real mistake. And even though he wrote that I’m worth as much as insects drowning in shit, I’ll still continue to watch his movies. I love Totoro.” We reached out to Mr. Miyazaki for any comments, but he hadn’t been seen since he bludgeoned a fan with one of his Oscar trophies.
